The Breek Arms Sledgehammer Omni-Buster is an ambidextrous AR-15/M16 charging handle engineered specifically for shooters running suppressed rifles. Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in a Type III hard-coat anodized black coating, it features a three-stage internal gas management system that redirects excess gas away from the shooter’s face during suppressed fire.
Dual ambidextrous latches allow the rifle to be charged from either side, making this handle well suited for left-handed shooters and for use behind optics or night vision. The Omni-Buster is a drop-in fit for any Mil-Spec AR-15 or M16 upper receiver, weighs just 1.1 oz, and measures 8.95″ in length with a 2.59″ latch width for confident manipulation without snagging on gear.
