This purpose-built 20 Gauge hunting shell uses a classic 2.75″ hull paired with a 1 oz payload of 8 lead shot launched at a comfortable upland velocity of 1175 fps, tuned to deliver effective down-range energy on close-flushing birds while keeping recoil manageable across a long day of walking the field.
The 8 lead column is the time-honored pellet size for doves and quail, putting a dense, consistent pattern on target at typical upland ranges and dropping birds cleanly without unnecessary meat damage.
