The Bergara BMR (Bergara Micro Rimfire) is a purpose-built bolt-action rimfire platform that serves as the base-class entry in Bergara’s NRL22 lineup and is engineered around a match chamber for serious rimfire accuracy.
This BMR005 Full Size configuration is chambered in 17 HMR and pairs a 20″ matte blued 4140 steel threaded barrel with a 1:9 twist and a 1/2×28 threaded muzzle. The barrel feeds through a stainless steel receiver that is drilled and tapped to accept optics out of the box.
Bergara’s Performance trigger and a thumb safety round out the action, with the rifle set up for right-hand shooters. The fixed gray and black speckled synthetic stock pairs with a blued/black metal finish for a discreet field profile, and at 38″ overall length and 5.80 lbs, the BMR005 carries comfortably on the bench, in the blind, or across the range. No iron sights are installed – the receiver is ready for your optic of choice.
