The Athlon Ares HLR 4-24x50mm riflescope is built for hunters and precision shooters who want a single optic with a true all-in-one magnification range. A 30mm main tube houses a generous 50mm objective and a versatile 4-24x power range that runs from close, fast target acquisition out to long-range engagement – all in one scope.
At the core of the Ares HLR is the APRS-H2 MIL reticle, set in the second focal plane (SFP) so the mil-based holdovers and ranging references hold a consistent, readable size throughout the entire magnification range. The reticle is illuminated for low-light shooting and high-contrast target acquisition against dark backgrounds. A comfortable 3.97″ eye relief and a field of view running 40.9 to 6.9 feet at 100 yards keep the sight picture quick and natural across the power range.
Built around a one-piece aircraft-grade aluminum tube in a low-glare matte black finish, the Ares HLR is argon purged, waterproof, fog proof, and shockproof for dependable performance in the field. Fully multi-coated lenses maximize light transmission and deliver sharp, edge-to-edge clarity from dawn to dusk.
