The Armaspec ST45 is an ambidextrous 45-degree short-throw safety selector designed for the AR-15 and AR-10 platforms. Instead of the traditional 90-degree rotation, the ST45 cuts the throw in half, giving the operator short, fast lever travel for quicker target engagement – especially useful in competition or defensive applications.
Built around an aluminum lever paired with a steel center core, the ST45 delivers a confident tactile detent with the durability to handle hard use. The selector is finished in a durable OD Green anodize that pairs well with OD Green furniture and accessories. A Torx key is included for installation on mil-spec and compatible lower receivers.
The ST45 is a drop-in upgrade for any standard AR-15 or AR-10 lower and works with both 5.56/.223 and 7.62/.308 pattern platforms. Overall dimensions are 0.90″ x 4.40″ x 5.75″, making it a compact, lightweight control upgrade.
