The Area 419 Firearms ARCALOCK 12″ Universal Flat Dovetail Rail is a precision-machined rifle forend rail that gives shooters a stable, repeatable Arca-compatible mounting surface for bipods, barricade stops, shooting bags, and other precision accessories. At a full 12 inches in length, this flat-profile rail spans the entire length of a typical stock forend.
The rail is machined from a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a rugged Type 3 hard-coat anodizing in matte black – the same durable surface treatment used on premium precision-rifle components. Serrated rail sides interface with Area 419’s proprietary clamp design to mechanically lock the rail in place so no movement is possible under load, dramatically improving shot-to-shot consistency. The ARCALOCK interface is also fully backwards compatible with standard Arca accessories, so it works seamlessly with the wider Arca-Swiss ecosystem.
The universal mounting pattern attaches to the rifle at up to 4 places along the forend for maximum strength and stability, eliminating flex and shift under recoil. With no sharp edges and a low-profile flat top, the ARCALOCK 12″ Universal Flat Rail is purpose-built for precision rifle shooting, PRS/NRL-style competition, and any application where a rock-solid Arca interface is required.
