The Accusharp 051C Paddle Sharpener is a compact folding diamond sharpener built around a double-sided paddle that pairs a 320-grit coarse diamond surface for reshaping and re-profiling with a 600-grit fine diamond surface for honing and finishing. The wide, over-molded rubber handle in black and blue provides a secure, comfortable grip in either hand, and the full-length finger guard keeps your hand safely behind the abrasive during each pull-through stroke.
Designed to restore a working edge in roughly 10 seconds, the 051C handles straight and serrated knife blades, cleavers, axes, machetes, pruners, and shears.
