The Burn Proof Gear Rail-Rap is a Kevlar heat-resistant rail cover built to shield the shooter’s support hand from hot rails during extended firing sessions. Designed to wrap slim KeyMod and M-LOK handguards while leaving the top Picatinny rail fully exposed for optics, lights, and backup iron sights, the Rail-Rap adds cable management routing and a soft, grip-friendly surface that doubles as a repeatable hand-positioning reference.
This Multicam Black Rail-Rap measures 6 inches long by 2.5 inches wide and is sized to fit rail diameters from 1.5″ to 2″. The lightweight Kevlar construction is Berry Compliant and made in the USA, delivering a rugged, low-bulk upgrade for AR-platform rifles running slim free-float or drop-in KeyMod and M-LOK handguards.
