Description
The Athlon Neos HMR 3-9×40 BDC500 is a hunting and range riflescope built around a one-piece aircraft-grade aluminum tube with a 3-9x magnification range and a 40mm objective lens. Its BDC500 second focal plane illuminated MOA reticle is designed to deliver holdover references out to roughly 300 yards, pairing naturally with common hunting cartridges.
The tube is nitrogen purged and sealed for waterproof, fog proof, and shockproof service so the scope holds up to weather and recoil in the field. Eye relief runs 4.37″ to 3.78″ across the magnification range, and the field of view measures 36.30 ft to 12.30 ft at 100 yards from low to high power.
At 12.2 inches long and 17 oz, the Neos HMR keeps a low profile on the receiver in a black finish without sacrificing the BDC functionality and rugged reliability hunters look for in an affordable hunting reticle scope.
