The MDT TIMBR Core chassis system pairs a traditional walnut stock exterior with an internal aluminum micro-chassis to give your Tikka T3X SA a stable, repeatable hunting platform with classic lines.
At the heart of the TIMBR Core is a precision aluminum micro-chassis that mates to the Tikka T3X barreled action, while the exterior is wrapped in sculpted walnut for a traditional look and feel. The barreled action sits in a Proof Sendero barrel channel profile, allowing the TIMBR Core to accept heavier-barrel T3X builds without binding or contact.
Length of pull is tuned via adjustable spacers, and the chassis accepts standard AICS-pattern detachable magazines so you can run your preferred short-action detachable magazine setup. The TIMBR Core is purpose-built for the Tikka T3X in Short Action chamberings in a right-hand configuration.
