Description
The Weatherby Vanguard Sporter is a classic-styled bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in the long-range 7mm Rem Mag cartridge, built on Weatherby’s proven Vanguard action.
Its 24″ 2 contour threaded barrel wears a matte bead-blasted blued finish and is topped with a target crown for clean bullet exit. The barrel features a 1:9.5″ twist rate and is paired with a stainless steel receiver finished in matching matte blued. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting.
Feeding from an internal box magazine with a 3+1 capacity, the Sporter is equipped with an adjustable two-stage match trigger (adjustable down to 2.5 lbs) and a three-position safety for safe field carry.
A Grade A walnut Monte Carlo stock in a brown finish provides traditional sporting lines, configured for right-hand shooters. The rifle measures 44.50″ overall and weighs 7.80 lbs. No iron sights are included.
