Description
The Weatherby Orion SxS is a traditional side-by-side shotgun chambered in 12 Gauge with a 3″ chamber and a 2-shot capacity, built in the classic English field configuration for upland bird hunting and clay shooting.
The break-open action exposes a pair of 28″ blued side-by-side barrels topped by a brass bead front sight. A blued steel receiver carries a tang safety and is fired by a traditional double trigger. Five Yildiz choke tubes are included in C, F, IC, IM, and M constrictions to switch between close-range upland work and longer sporting-clays patterns.
The straight English walnut stock with a slim splinter forend is finished in a warm brown and shaped for right-handed shooters, giving the Orion SxS the clean, classic lines of a traditional bird gun. With an overall length of 46″ and a weight of about 6.4 lbs, it shoulders and swings quickly in the field.
