Description
The Savage B22 Precision Lite is a feature-rich bolt-action rimfire rifle built around an adjustable MDT aluminum chassis and a carbon-fiber-wrapped heavy barrel. Chambered in 22 WMR, it feeds from a 10-round detachable magazine and uses Savage’s renowned AccuTrigger for a clean, user-adjustable pull.
The 18″ carbon fiber wrapped steel barrel carries a heavy profile that keeps the rifle balanced for off-hand and supported shooting. It uses a 1:16″ twist and ships without a muzzle device, with an integrated base on top of the action for mounting optics. The receiver is machined from stainless steel with a black metal finish for corrosion resistance, and a one-piece Picatinny rail accepts a wide range of rimfire scopes.
The defining feature is the one-piece MDT aluminum chassis machined from billet, finished in black and configured for the right-hand shooter. It offers adjustable length of pull and adjustable comb height, allowing the rifle to be fit precisely to the shooter for a repeatable cheek weld and consistent eye relief behind the optic. The chassis provides a rigid bedding platform for the barrel and accepts a polymer pistol grip.
At 36.50″ overall and 8.38 lbs, the B22 Precision Lite carries the heft and balance of a precision rimfire rig, making it well suited to long-range rimfire practice and target shooting.
